3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate, store, or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or years, except as required by law.

5.4 Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or temporary suspension of service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by SpAIder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain all rights to the content you input into the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models through the Service ("AI Content") is provided as-is. While you may use AI Content for your purposes, you acknowledge that similar or identical content may be generated for other users. We make no claims of ownership over AI Content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or content obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPAIDER, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. AI-Specific Disclaimers

9.1 Accuracy

AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. You should verify important information independently and not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions.

9.2 No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AI-generated content should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation.

9.3 Bias and Errors

AI models may reflect biases present in training data and may make errors. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your data.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Dispute Resolution
